With Exotel.org, non-profits and social enterprises can access the company’s telephony solutions at lower rates than commercial outfits. The “Calls for a bettertomorrow” initiative will open up the platform to socially driven organizations. Exotel plans to triple their headcount by 2016.
Before the acquisition, Voyce worked with over 20 enterprise hospitality chains across the country. Two of the co-founders of Voyce, Varun Raj and Nikhil Kumar will now be part of Exotel team. Exotel with over 1000 clients and 70 employees plans to triple their headcount by the end of 2016.
