Phonon is Baroda based startup that provides interactive computer telephony integration (CTI), interactive voice response (IVR) solutions and mobile applications to it’s customers.

Advised by Ramaraju (ex-Sify and now with Sequoia), Phonon offers Click-to-call, IVR, automated dialer, credit card payment (IVR based) services and is also launching audio conferencing product for Indian companies.

Phonon also offers web based apis and the IVRS solution is equipped with speech recognition/text-to-speech capability that integrates with existing call center switch and workflow.
