redBus launches “Live tracking for buses” on Android App and Website

redBus has integrated the experience with Android app and 30 minutes before the journey, you will get an Android notification with a link to “Live Track” bus from within the android app. App will automatically refresh the location every few minutes.

redBus has launched “Live tracking of buses” based on real time GPS updates from bus. While booking your next bus journey, redBus.in will show you which all buses provide you with “Live Tracking”.

30 minutes before the journey, redBus.in will send you SMS with a link where you can track your bus live on a Google Map. Plus, redBus will also send the registration number of the bus so you can locate your bus among dozens of buses.

redBus has integrated the experience with Android app and 30 minutes before the journey, you will get an Android notification with a link to “Live Track” bus from within the android app. App will automatically refresh the location every few minutes.

This feature is currently available for over 600 services operated by Orange Travels, SVR Travels, Morning Star, Kaveri Travels, Sree travels, Navin Travels. This feature is launched in partnership with YourBus & AssetTrackr who provide In-Bus GPS tracking solution.

    I also operate bus booking website and want to develop same app but after using this app I this app I this this is not worthy as it is not able to show live tracking
