Indian railways has launched real-time train information system enabling mobile users to access information about the exact location of a train. All you have to do is type the train number and SMS it to 09415139139 or 09664139139.

The service is available for 36 trains (Rajdhani, Shatabdi and Duronto) and will be extended to all major trains by 2013.
