E-commerce isn’t only about technology, its as much offline as it is online: B K Birla, CEO, Zopnow

Last week, we caught up with B K Birla, CEO and Co Founder of online grocery retailer Zopnow to understand his views on the evolving e-commerce space in India. E-commerce is as much an offline business as it is an online. Logistics and profitability are two of the biggest challenges for the industry, he says. Edited excerpts from the interview:
