To simplify comparing books, the site has also added a new feature that displays price trend fluctuations on a graph. Users can use this to track price changes of a particular book on flipkart and amazon. In addition to this, BuyHatke will also display book previews of some of the books, a feature that has been around on other portals like Amazon.
The book section of the site that launched a month back, already has over 2,000 visits. The relatively new addition to BuyHatke’s ecommerce portal claims to have over 2.2 million titles for customers to pick from.
Apart from the introduction of the book portal, BuyHatke’s google chrome extension has also seen new developments. The extension which boasts of over 2,000 users now has a price drop alert. Customers can use this feature to set alerts on the prices of items they wish to track so that they don’t miss out on purchasing when items prices are at their lowest. This is a particularly useful feature for online buyers.
We had earlier reviewed LowPrice app for Android devices, that will help you get the lowest price of any book from different online bookstore on your mobile device.
